The singleton in Uranus in the 10th suggests a power grab by the executive branch at the expense of the proletariat (Saturn, the ruler of the tenth, is in the 7th house where he is surprisingly exalted) that just may not work out as planned, and with Jupiter being its rulership in Pisces. Looks like dissenters in the Senate (Jupiter) may be a fly in the proverbial ointment as well.
